Hi I'm Caroline, also known as The Chelsea Embodiment Coach.

I specialise in working with high-achieving, successful women who have built extraordinary lives around what they were taught and yet feel disconnected their next level of success and pleasure, and know there is more.

After more than twenty years in the creative world, I know the cost of success that looks amazing on the outside but leaves you feeling disconnected. My own journey through burning the candle at both ends and the feeling that “something was missing” led me into deep embodiment work, energetics, somatics and learning what true fulfilment really means. Eventually, I decided to go all in: I trained formally as a VITA™-Certified Coach and now use the principles of feminine energetics and embodiment to change women's lives!  Today, I help successful women reclaim the thing they’re been missing - a vibrant connection to their body, their purpose and their power. 

I understand the drive and achievement of professional life and the sacrifices we make to achieve success in our careers and in life. My superpower is bridging those worlds - guiding women who “have it all” yet still know there’s more.
