Turning the rules of success, pleasure and power on their head, I guide women to access their maximum potential, make more money, have more time all whilst bringing in more ease and pleasure into their lives.
I’m Caroline,
After more than twenty years in the creative and corporate world, I know the cost of success that looks amazing on the outside but leaves you feeling disconnected. My own journey through burning the candle at both ends and the feeling that “something was missing” led me into deep embodiment work that changed my life.
I immersed myself in the study and practice of Tantra, feminine embodiment and the science of desire - learning what true sensual fulfilment really means. Eventually, I decided to go all in: I trained formally as a VITA™-certified Love, Sex & Relationship Coach.
The more I immersed myself in this work the more clear it became that women are being set up to fail in all areas of life - from success, pleasure, purpose and empowerment.
Having worked with the wisdom of feminine energies since 2017, I can passionately vouch that there there is another way of doing things. And hence FEM Rules was born! To help women in success and in pleasure.
Today, I help high achieving women reclaim two things they’re been missing - a vibrant connection to their body and their erotic power, and creating higher levels of success in business with more ease and flow.
My superpower is bridging those worlds - guiding women who “have it all” yet still know there’s more and showing them how to when they implement the foundations of the FEM Rules.
I now split my time between the Jungles of Tulum in Mexico and cosmopolitan city life of London - the best of both worlds!
About the coaching
Unlike traditional coaching or therapy that focuses only on the mind, this approach works across body, mind and spirit. We get to rewire your subconscious beliefs and use somatic practices and guided practices to release old patterns, heal stored emotions and set yourself free.
This is a deeply personal journey, but it’s also practical, grounded, and structured. You’ll always know where you are in the process, and what’s possible next.
All of my private coaching containers run for a minimum of 3 months. Transformation takes time, commitment, and devotion and true results can’t be rushed. This journey isn’t for women looking for a quick fix or don't want to do the work. It’s for those who are ready to show up fully, do the work and create lasting change. If you’re dedicated, passionate and devoted then this path is for you.
